Andreas is an international real estate expert with 15 years of experience in core, core-plus and value-add strategies. In his cross-border roles at institutional investment firms, he transacted more than USD 1 billion globally. Andreas is specialized in office and residential property sectors. Further, he has in-depth know-how in hotel real estate given his degree from the Lausanne Business School of Hospitality Management (EHL) and relevant work experience in the field.
